Why Pop Street Commerce
Built for sellers who want one system they own.
- Shops that sell in more than one placeA counter, a website and a few marketplaces, all drawing on the same shelves.
- Sellers outgrowing spreadsheetsStock counts that drift, orders copied by hand, and listings typed again for every channel.
- Owners who want to own their systemTired of rising monthly fees, add-on charges and a platform that holds the data.
Built by people who know multichannel selling
Amazon and Walmart warehouse stock kept apart from your own shelves, upload files while marketplace approvals are pending, one count across counter and channels: the details that trip shops up are designed in from the start.
Own it, do not rent it
A licence instead of an open-ended subscription. No per-order commission and no cut of your sales from us.
One system instead of five
Storefront, inventory, register, marketplace connections, shipping labels and email marketing share one catalogue and one set of orders, so nothing needs gluing together.
A storefront designed for you
Your shop is designed from scratch by our studio around your brand, not picked from a template everyone else uses.
Your data stays yours
Your products, customers and orders live in your own database. Export them whenever you like, whatever the state of your licence.
People, not a ticket queue
The studio that designed your store sets it up with you, hosts it, keeps it updated and answers when you need help.

The service in software as a service
The software is the easy part. We run the rest.
Most of the work of a store system happens after it is built. That is the part we take off your hands.
Hosting and uptime
Your store runs on our managed hosting with HTTPS, and we keep an eye on it and on every marketplace sync.
Security and updates
Updates and security fixes installed for you, tested on a copy first, while your licence covers them.
Backups
Daily backups of your database and files, and a restore whenever you need one.
Marketplace changes
Marketplaces change their rules and connections without warning; we keep your connections working and tell you what changed.
Set-up and approvals
We register the connection apps that need our approval and walk you through every seller approval that needs yours.
Help when you need it
Plain-language guides, guided tours inside the console, and the studio on hand when something needs a person.
- Try it before you commit
Open the live demo with no sign-up, or ask for a pilot with your own products.
- Leave whenever you want
Export everything at any time. If you move, we help move the code and data with you.
- Never switched off mid-sale
Your shop keeps taking orders even if a licence lapses or our licence server is unreachable.
How it works in three steps
Connect your channels
Tap Connect on a marketplace, sign in there and approve access. Where a marketplace has no public sign-in, we use a key you paste once, or an upload file.
Add products once
Create a product or import a list. Photos, prices, stock and barcodes live in one record that every channel reads.
Run orders from one desk
Orders arrive in one list. Print labels, send tracking back to the marketplace, and stock counts update everywhere.
01
Sell everywhere
List once. Reach shoppers wherever they already buy.
- Publish one product to many marketplaces at once, with a preview of exactly what each will receive.
- One-tap Connect for marketplaces that offer a public seller sign-in. Nothing to copy and paste.
- Price rules per channel, so fees and shipping costs are covered without editing every listing.
- A bulk upload file for every channel as the fallback while an approval is still pending.
02
Stock and fulfilment
Know what you have and where it is, whoever ships it.
- One catalogue and one stock count behind every channel.
- Separate locations for your own storage, Amazon warehouses (FBA) and Walmart warehouses (WFS).
- Transfers that show stock in transit and record anything that arrived short.
- No overselling: a sale anywhere updates the count everywhere. Low-stock alerts keep you ahead.
03
Orders and shipping
From order to doorstep without re-typing a thing.
- One orders desk for your storefront, your register and every marketplace.
- Shipping labels and packing slips in a couple of taps, one order or a whole batch.
- Tracking numbers sent back to the marketplace automatically, and shown to your customer.
- Delivery dates and shipping rates at checkout, so shoppers know what they will pay and when it arrives.
04
Your own storefront
A fast shop you own, with the products front and centre.
- Themes you can re-brand with your logo, colours and words. Three directions are shown here.
- Search, filters, product pages with galleries, a cart and a one-page checkout.
- Customer accounts, order tracking and a wish list.
- Card payments through the providers you choose; a test mode lets you practise safely first.
05
Insights and feeds
See what sells, and get your catalogue in front of more shoppers.
- Reports by day, channel and shelf, with exports you can open in a spreadsheet.
- Product feeds for marketplaces and shopping ads, kept fresh automatically.
- Plain-language guides for every channel, so each set-up step is clear.
06 · Planned
Suppliers and dropship
Sell products your suppliers hold and ship for you.
- A supplier portal where each supplier signs in, uploads a catalogue and confirms shipments.
- Routing rules that send each order to the right supplier, with accept, decline and ship confirmation.
- Scorecards for dispatch speed and delivery performance.
- This area is planned as an add-on. The live demo shows what is ready today.
This part of Pop Street Commerce is planned. Open the live demo to see everything that is ready today, and contact us if this is what you need most.
07
Growth tools
Bring shoppers back and bring new ones in.
- Email campaigns with ready-made starters for festivals and seasons.
- Social posts you plan once and send to several networks.
- Customer lists, discount codes, gift cards, loyalty points and review requests.
- Search optimisation tools, a link-in-bio page and QR codes for the shop window.
08
Trust
Your data, your hosting, your terms.
- Roles for owner, staff and cashier, so each person sees only what they need.
- Your data is yours: export it any time, whatever the state of your licence.
- Runs on your own hosting or on ours. Your customers can keep buying even if a licence lapses.
- Licence terms that fit: yearly, a custom term, or one-time and perpetual.

Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say which services we connect to. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them. “Built” means the connection is written and tested in sample mode; each seller still needs their own approved account to go live.

A licence that fits how you work
No forced subscription. Choose the term that suits you. Contact us for pricing.
Yearly licence
Pay once a year. Renew when you are ready and keep every update while you are covered.
Custom term
A term that fits you, such as a season, two years or a pilot period.
Perpetual licence
A one-time purchase. The software keeps working, and you can add updates and support year by year.
Early-adopter lifetime

What to know before you start
- Marketplace seller approvals belong to you. We connect the accounts you open; we cannot open or approve them for you.
- Run it on your own hosting or ours. We set it up either way and help you move it later.
- Some marketplaces connect with one tap, some with a key you paste once, and some with an upload file. The marketplaces page says which.
- Support and updates are included while your licence covers them. Contact us for pricing and terms.
How a live pilot works
We set up your pilot
A working copy with your products, on our servers, so you can try everything with real screens.
You connect when you are ready
Start with marketplace test accounts, then connect your real ones and publish a single test listing.
Then it moves home
When you are happy, the same code moves to your own hosting and domain, and your licence is issued.
Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Is Pop Street Commerce a complete solution, or do I still need a separate online store?
It is complete. You get a storefront designed for your brand by our studio, the console that runs your catalogue, stock, orders and shipping, an in-store register, marketplace connections, payments, growth tools and help, and we host it all for you. You do not need a separate shop platform.
Do I have to have a storefront? Can I keep my current website?
A storefront is included but not required: some customers sell only on marketplaces and in store. If your shop runs on Shopify, Pop Street Commerce connects to it as a channel today. Connectors that keep other existing websites (a WooCommerce plugin and an embeddable product and cart kit) are planned.
Who designs the storefront?
We do. Every storefront is designed for the business from scratch by our studio, then built on the same fast, phone-first shop engine, with your logo, colours and words.
Do you host it for me?
Yes. Our managed hosting is the complete package: your domain and HTTPS, the server and database, scheduled jobs, email sending records, daily backups, updates, monitoring and help. If you prefer your own hosting we set it up there instead, and either way we can move it later.
Which payment providers does it support?
Stripe, PayPal and Square for online payments, each switched on with your own provider account, plus pay at pickup, discount codes and gift cards. A full test mode lets you practise checkout before going live.
How many marketplaces are integrated?
41 marketplaces and channels connect directly today, across North and Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, India and Asia-Pacific: Amazon in fourteen countries, Walmart, eBay (US, UK and Germany), Shopify, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Mercado Libre, Allegro, OTTO, bol, Kaufland, Flipkart, Shopee, Lazada and more, plus Facebook and Instagram Shops and Google Shopping. Another 11 work through the marketplace's own upload files where it offers no seller connection. Each seller still needs their own approved account, and the marketplaces page gives the honest status of each.
Does it manage inventory?
Yes. One catalogue and one stock count sit behind every channel, with variants, barcodes, bulk import, a full stock history, low-stock alerts and stock pushed to every channel after each sale.
Is there a point-of-sale system?
Yes. The register runs in the browser on a tablet or computer, with barcode scanning, held sales, discounts, cash, card and split payments, gift cards, loyalty points, receipts, refunds and an end-of-day close-out. It sells from the same stock as your website and marketplaces. An integrated card terminal is a planned add-on; today card sales are recorded against a separate card reader.
Does it work offline, and what happens if a sync fails?
Marketplace sync repairs itself: changes queue and retry, order imports never create duplicates, connections refresh their own access, stock counts are reconciled, and a missed scheduled run catches up on its own. Anything that still fails shows on a health panel for a person to look at. The register and console need an internet connection today; an offline register that queues sales and syncs when the connection returns is a planned add-on.
Can it handle multiple warehouses or stores?
Yes. Keep stock in your own storage and in as many extra locations as you need, such as a second shop or a rented warehouse, plus separate pools for Amazon (FBA) and Walmart (WFS) warehouses. Move stock with transfers that track what is in transit. Registers that each sell from their own store location are a planned add-on.
How does it compare with the big enterprise multichannel platforms?
It does the same core jobs: one catalogue, listings on many marketplaces, stock sync, one orders desk, product feeds and fulfilment from your own stock or marketplace warehouses. The differences are that you own a licence instead of renting software, your storefront is designed for you, and we host and support it. Areas we are still building, such as supplier dropship and shipping rate shopping, are marked as planned.
Why not build our own system, or use a cheaper template?
Building the screens is the small part. Keeping it hosted, secure, backed up, updated and connected to marketplaces that keep changing is the work that never ends. With Pop Street Commerce the studio does that part for you, so you can spend your time selling.
Can I add more modules later?
Yes. Add-ons plug into the same catalogue and orders, for example Pop Street Books for bookkeeping and Pop Street Insights for reports. The add-ons list shows what each does and whether it is available or planned.
Is this a subscription?
It does not have to be. We offer yearly licences, custom terms and one-time perpetual licences, and managed hosting alongside. Contact us for pricing and we will recommend what suits your business.
What happens if my licence ends?
Your storefront keeps taking orders and your data stays yours to export. Publishing new listings, imports and new connections pause until you renew. A perpetual licence never expires.
Who owns my data?
You do. Products, customers and orders are yours, and you can export them at any time.
Does it replace my marketplace accounts?
No. You keep selling on the marketplaces you choose, under your own seller accounts and their approvals. This is the place you manage them from.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Open the live demo, or ask for a pilot: a working copy with your products where you can connect your accounts at your own pace.
Ready to run it all from one place?
Tell us how you sell today and we will put together a quote for Pop Street Commerce.
