Short answers about language and local rules.

Which languages does the console use? #

English and Hindi. Choose one on the Home page for each device. See "Home, language and theme".

Can my customers see pages in their own language? #

Yes. Switch on Spanish, Punjabi, Gujarati, Hindi or Arabic for your customers, set a default, and the tracking page, estimate approval page, emails and printed documents follow. English stays on. See "Customer languages".

Does a new language switch on by itself? #

No. The owner or a manager switches each language on. Each new language still waits for a native speaker's review, and the setting says so.

Does it work in the United States and Canada? #

Yes. Choose the country in Business settings. See "Country and currency settings" and "Setting up for Canada".

Does it know my state's tow and lien rules? #

Rule packs cover the 50 states and the District of Columbia, and the 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada. Each pack names the official sources it was read from and the day each was read. See "Rule packs for towing, impound and lien rules".

Does it tell me what the law requires? #

Each pack works out lien dates and shows checklists from its sources. You stay responsible for local rules. See "Rule packs: United States" and "Rule packs: Canada".

Is there more detail for Pennsylvania? #

Yes. The Pennsylvania rule set adds lien clock milestones, release and private-property checklists and notice templates. See "The Pennsylvania rule set".

How is sales tax handled in Canada? #

Load tax rates from the optional templates for GST, HST, GST with PST and GST with QST. Each invoice prints every tax head on its own row with your registration numbers. See "GST, HST, PST and QST" and "Tax rates and invoice tax".

Can I charge tax in several US states? #

Yes. See "Sales tax in several states".
