The Maintenance board lists every service schedule across your fleet, worst first. Each status names the meter that set it. You will be able to see what is overdue or coming due and record a finished service.
Before you start #
You need the owner, manager, dispatcher or advisor role. Recording a service needs a current license with the Fleet module. Schedules are added on the Asset screen.
Steps #
- Open Fleet, then Maintenance.
- Use "Show" to filter by All, Overdue, Due soon or On track.
- Read each row: Asset (select it to open the Asset screen), Service, Status and "By meter".
- Read Status. It reads On track, Due soon or Overdue, and a line such as "Set by Distance" names the meter that decided it.
- Read "By meter". It lists Distance, Time and Engine hours with their own status, and "expected around" a date when one can be worked out. Notes such as "No Distance reading yet" or "Engine hours reading is old" tell you which meter needs a reading. "A date needs more readings." means a date cannot be shown yet.
- When the service is done, select "Record service done" in the Actions column.
Result: the schedule counts from the new service and moves down the list.
Technical details
- The board reads
/fleet/pm/board. "Record service done" posts to/fleet/pm/{id}/complete. - How the three meters combine is explained in "How due is worked out".
If something goes wrong #
- "No maintenance schedules.": add one on the Asset screen.
- The button is missing: the license has no Fleet module or is read-only.
