Vouchers pay for a ride. Account codes are the codes a billing account asks for with each trip. This section is for the owner, manager and advisor roles.
Before you start #
You need a connection to the server. Billing accounts come from the Billing accounts screen.
Vouchers #
- Choose Taxi, then Vouchers. Each row is a batch with its face value, expiry date and how many codes are ready, used and canceled.
- Choose Make a batch (Command-N). Type a name and how many codes (1 to 500). Leave the face value empty for a voucher that covers any fare. Add an expiry date and a billing account if they apply.
- Select a batch to see its codes. Save the codes as CSV opens the save panel.
- To cancel a code that has not been used, select it, choose Cancel code, type the reason and confirm. The reason stays with the code.
Account codes #
- Choose Account codes at the top of the section and pick a billing account.
- Add a code of 3 to 40 characters and, if you like, a label.
- Select a code and choose Switch off or Switch on.
