Orders from every channel in one list
How marketplace, storefront and register orders arrive in one place, what happens to stock, and what to do with a problem line.
Updated Oct 25, 2026
Orders from your storefront, your register and every connected marketplace land in one list. You work from one screen instead of a dozen.
Your daily routine
- Open Channel orders. New marketplace orders are already there. Pop Street Commerce checks every five minutes, and Sync now checks straight away.
- Filter by To ship to see what you owe customers.
- Ship each one: make the label and mark it shipped. See Shipping labels and tracking.
- That is all. The tracking number goes to the marketplace for you.
If your host cannot run a scheduled task, the check runs when someone opens a page, so new orders may appear a little later.
What happens to stock
- Shipped by you. Stock is taken when the order arrives. If the order is cancelled, it is put back once.
- Shipped by Amazon (FBA) or Walmart (WFS). The order is recorded as already shipped. Your own stock is not touched, because those units sit in their own location. See Stock locations explained.
Statuses
Marketplace orders move from new, to packed, to shipped, to delivered. Register sales are completed at once.
Customers
The buyer is added to your customer list with marketing consent switched off. Marketplaces often hide the buyer's email, so it may be blank.
When a line needs attention
If a marketplace order contains a SKU that Pop Street Commerce does not know, the order still comes in. The unknown line is flagged. A SKU is your own code for one exact product. See the Glossary. To fix it:
- Correct the SKU on the product, or on the marketplace listing.
- Press Sync now.
When tracking is not sent
The order shows Not sent with the reason and a Try again button.
Sample orders
Before a marketplace is connected live, you see made-up sample orders so you can practise. They are labelled as samples and removed when you go live.
