Checked against Pop Dispatch 0.1.0

The Log section saves the trip log for a range of dates and lists the receipts of completed trips.

Before you start #

You need a connection to the server. The trip log export is for the owner, manager and advisor roles. The receipts list is open to the whole desk.

Save the trip log #

  1. Choose Taxi, then Log.
  2. Pick the From date and the To date.
  3. Choose Save the trip log as CSV, then Save as. The file holds the public trip log columns. A field left empty means Pop Dispatch holds no value for it.

Send a receipt again #

  1. Select a completed trip in the list, or double-click it.
  2. Check the address, or type another one, and choose Send the receipt.
  3. The sheet shows the receipt text. When mail has no server yet, the sheet says the receipt is held; set up mail under Settings, Mail server and public address, then send again. When the address is missing it says so.
